Annual review 23-24

All Health and Social Care services in Scotland have an annual review which is a legal requirement.

This review describes how NHS 24 has implemented Duty of Candour between 1st April 2022 and 31st March 2023.

Michael Matheson MSP, Cabinet Secretary for NHS Recovery, Health and Social Care, will chair NHS 24’s Annual Review on Wednesday 29 November 2023. This will take place at Dovecot Studios, 10 Infirmary Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LT from 10.45am to 11.45am.

The Annual Review is an opportunity for Scottish Government to review the performance of our services and future plans.

Members of the public are welcome to attend and there will be an opportunity to ask questions on the day. BSL interpreters and notetakers will be available. The review will also be broadcast via Microsoft Teams and questions can be lodged in advance in writing to NHS24.EngagementTeam@nhs24.scot.nhs.uk. Any questions not addressed within the review will be answered by written reply within one month of the event.
